CAPITOL HILL CARRIAGE HOUSE RENOVATION

The clients reached out to us looking to turn their 1900’s attached carriage house into a gym and guest suite. The closet and water closet on the upper floor were combined to create a wet room with a walk in shower to serve as an ensuite to the guest room. New windows, doors, wet bar cabinets and paint throughout transformed the former carriage area into a functional gym space with great views. The historic nature of the space was maintained by restoring the existing carriage doors and keeping the original stairs.
