BALLARD KITCHEN & MUDROOM REMODEL
This Ballard home project encompassed a full kitchen remodel, the addition of a bathroom and mudroom on the main floor, and an upper-floor expansion to include a third bedroom. To create the new kitchen, an addition was built onto the existing structure, providing ample space for a custom-built eating nook with bench storage seating. A monochromatic color palette enhances the room's brightness, while custom cabinetry, countertops, and modern appliances deliver both style and utility. A farmhouse sink adds a charming focal point, complementing the clean lines and cohesive design. This space now serves as a versatile hub, perfect for family meals or quiet homework sessions.
Beyond the kitchen, the remodel introduces a thoughtfully designed main-floor bathroom and a mudroom prioritizing practical functionality. The bathroom boasts a timeless design, with crisp white tile offset by smooth Marmoleum flooring and soothing sage green paint. The mudroom offers a spacious entryway, featuring a built-in storage system and seating bench for effortless organization. Upstairs, the addition of a third bedroom provides a much-needed expansion, enhancing the home’s livability and value.
