We want to hear about your project.
Whether you’re just starting to think through an idea or ready to talk specifics, get in touch, and we’ll walk you through our process and put together a preliminary estimate.
Welcome to our new website! Same great team, but with a new look and expanded portfolio. Contact us to discuss your project.
Whether you’re just starting to think through an idea or ready to talk specifics, get in touch, and we’ll walk you through our process and put together a preliminary estimate.
A member of our team will follow up within a few business days to learn about your project: what you’d like to change, what’s not working today, your timeline, and your budget. If it looks like a good fit, we’ll set up a conversation, often at your home, to see the space and walk you through how we work. That conversation is the start of our Discovery phase.
The first conversation is free. After we’ve learned about your project, we’ll put together a preliminary estimate so you can decide whether to move forward. If you do, design and pre-construction work begins under a pre-construction agreement, before any construction contract is signed.
Nothing formal is required, but a few things help us give you better answers sooner: photos of the space, a list of what you’d like to change, any inspiration images, a rough budget range, and your ideal timeline. If you already have drawings from an architect, a survey, or an inspection report, share those too.
Our design-build team handles whole home remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, DADUs, basements, outdoor spaces, exteriors, and boutique commercial projects. If you already have plans from an architect, we can build from them through our Plans-in-Hand partnership. For smaller work, like a leaky window or a bathroom refresh, our Repair & Refresh team can help. See What We Do for the full list.
We’re based in Greenwood and work throughout Seattle and nearby communities, including Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Edmonds, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, and Mercer Island. If your home is elsewhere in the greater Seattle area, reach out and we’ll let you know if it’s a fit.
