What was once an outdated mid-century garage with years of mismatched modifications has been reimagined as a light-filled art studio designed entirely around the creative process. After stripping the structure back to its framing, Crescent Builds transformed the uninsulated shell into a comfortable, year-round workspace with a polished concrete floor, radiant heat, new insulation, skylights, and expansive windows and doors that flood the interior with soft natural light. Frosted glass roll-up doors create a seamless connection to the outdoors while maintaining ideal lighting conditions, and thoughtfully integrated storage, including custom cabinetry, dedicated art racks, a flexible storage closet, and wall-hanging cleats, keeps supplies and finished work beautifully organized. Complete with a utility sink for easy cleanup and a refreshed exterior, the finished studio provides an inspiring, highly functional space where creativity can flourish every day.
