GREEN LAKE ENTRY & LOWER FLOOR
This Green Lake project entailed a full lower-level and exterior entry remodel, transforming an underutilized and unfinished basement and enclosed front porch into welcoming, functional spaces that perfectly balance style and practicality for a bustling family. The redesigned lower floor now features a dedicated laundry room, a multifunctional guest room that doubles as an office and craft space, a full bathroom, and a playroom for the kids.
Thoughtfully designed built-ins, such as solid wood cabinetry under the stairs and a custom reading nook, provide ample storage while enhancing the home’s craftsman character. The recreation area is both playful and practical, with built-in storage and a custom slat stair railing that prioritizes safety without compromising style. Natural light floods the guest room through a newly added large window, creating a brighter, warmer atmosphere. The front entry received some much-needed updates, including new railings, painted stairs, a new open-air design, and new garage doors, establishing our clients' dream interior/exterior connection.
